About Siân

Siânmarie White joined Curnow Tizard in August 2017 having completed a Bachelor of Business Studies with a Double Major in Property Valuation and Management as well as Communications, from Massey University. 

​

Siânmarie undertook her Valuer Registration Exam in November 2020 where she achieved Registration status.  She will continue to work alongside Phillip Curnow; benefitting from his wealth of experience within the Hamilton market and improving the efficiency of the Commercial and Industrial team. She is also proud to be one of a few female Commercial and Industrial specialists in the country. Siânmarie has had exposure to all aspects of the market from offices and retail to cold-store valuations

During her time at Curnow Tizard Siânmarie has focused on increasing the use of technology and is working closely with Headway Systems (Software Company) to improve their Commercial and Industrial database system. Through this integration, she hopes to streamline the valuation process whilst proactively keeping up-to-date with the market.
